Tom Petty was a musical hero of mine. He was a genius.

We lost a lot of great musicians is 2017. The one that is hitting me the hardest is Tom Petty. Still hard to believe that he is gone. I never did get to seem him in concert. I had tickets when he was going to come to Salt Lake City but he cancelled a few days before because he was sick.

We are lucky to have his music to still listen to and learn from. He was a genius.
