The flavor you see below is called Şırdan.This is traditional meat product and that is awesome part of meat.It is famous in Turkey where in Adana. Very few people know this dish and lots of human does not like cause of its appear but it very delicious and each animal have one biologocally.People who like it say humorously its the 8th wonder of world.😋
