I'm in a similar postion, I've moved up from 1hr charts to 4hr and I've got it down now to 5 minutes work every 4 hours but still.. I want to move up to daily then weekly and trade more long term.

5% per month is a pretty conservative and realistic target, so good on you for being sensible (I wish I was). A good yardstone, even the best performing hedge funds only do 25% per year...
