Interesting stuff. I'm not running competitively, but if like to get quicker. Seems I'm getting my stretching wrong. I need to get more methodical with my training

Stretching is a controversial subject but many recent studies proved that common belief of doing it right after a run is wrong. I'll do a complete post about that, keep it up!
