RE: Killing transparencybot - A message to spammers with no SP!

I've been flagging this prick for weeks.
I tried to be diplomatic...even provided him with alternatives.....then i just said enough and started smacking him.
Thank you @fyrstikken and @booster

Can you tell me why showing just numbers, statistics is making him a prick?

I guess he can't and I like the idea of transparencybot. Although I understand some arguments of those who run bots, I see nothing wrong about @transparencybot. And the reaction here for example is absolutely remarkable. I asked fyrstikken why he reacted like this. It does not give me arguments to support any bot idea if bot creators threathen other steemians whatever they may think about them personally with violence (see the comment section): https://steemit.com/steemit/@transparencybot/transparencybot-daily-report-card-for-yesterday-5-31-18
This guy is a witness! You can not threathen other steemians to beat them in front of their family and on the other hand go around and tell everyone how great bidbots are and what you do good for the steem ecosystem with your company! I hope those reply was just an ironic reaction not to be taken literally and @booster @fyrstikken will explain so minnows like me won't more and more looseg faith in the people that maintain steemit. If they even care... This must come to a friendly compromise for the future of both, as well bidbots and steem as a whole. I think those bots offer great chances for promotional purposes. But they are mostly used and run just for best ROI which can not be a sustainable for the future of steem in my opinion. Steem could climb on top of the crypto list, esp. in poor countries it offers such great chances, it really can become the next great thing. This will be much more profitable than a maximized short term ROI

because you're spamming other peoples blogs instead of posting on your own.

Maybe Jonny Can't but I CAN
This idiot uses a SLIDING SCALE to increase business, it was those using over 50 SBD or steem to get bidbot votes, then he dropped thw threshold DOWN tremendously to "50 sbd received" so basically cut it in HALF. No One can accurately predict what the payouts will be, so that is patently UNFAIR. It should be SBD amount of bids placed but this idiot is proclaiming himself

JUDGE JURY AND EXECUTIONER all in one.

@planktown - you do realize that I can just upvote my comments with 300.000 SP bot right? But I don't intend to. You need to understand, that censoring is not helping me or you or the steem ecosystem. If you don't agree with me - please give me some arguments.

Spamming comments is why.
He can very easily create original content (wow there's a novel idea) and make a post on his own account with all of this information.
Instead he spams peoples hard work.
Well clearly he went to far....and he has been officially treated as a spammer...as he should be.

But lot's of voting bots add comment about the upvote too - how's that not spam, while aggregated info about total amount of bid bots usage is?

because its voluntary, your bot's comments are unsolicited

who decides what qualifies as "spam". You call the information he provides as "spam" based on whose definition of spam ? I mean, what prevents you from calling my comment "spam" for instance ? It's your content and I'm giving an unsolicited comment here ... so by one theory at least I am spamming as you were spamming cardboard and initially booster's post as well ... Just to understand who decides what is spam ...

The owner of the original post determines what is spam in their comments.
Little late to the party with this comment btw....only by like 2 months.
The owner of the bot has since created an "opt-out" version and I know longer give a fuck since he is no longer spamming my content.

That's because I didn't care about "the party". I'm sorry for the platform because the controversy surely hasn't helped. But the question about what is spam and who decides what is spam I find an interesting one. Someone's spam is someone else's free speech and freedom of expression. A government could accuse the media revealing a corruption scandal as "spamming" .... or not ?

Every single individual....defines spam...as it is to them.
It's not rocket science.

fighting spam is not censorship

You're still farming.
