Jeeping #3 - Check out this awesome statue of Ned Kelly
Located in Glenrowan, Victoria, Australia is this mighty statue of the famous Australian folk hero, outlaw and bushranger Ned Kelly.
The Kelly gang had their final shootout with the Victorian police at a hotel here in Glenrowan after a failed attempt to derail the train of 60 police officers arriving to detain them.
Ned Kelly held a great disdain for banks and I like to think that if he were around today that he'd be big into crypto.

There’s not much in Glenrowan is there? We passed through a few weeks ago. A good bit of Aussie cops n’ robbers history from the 1800s.

Beautiful place. We were there last year. It was interesting to kids and they learned something from the Australian past. We bought t-shirts and some souvenirs for the memory. And of course we took photos in front of the statue. It was a wonderful experience. My youngest son calls him "a man with a cane on his head".
