Great post! I love how informative it was. I really love Taiwan too (coincidentally I just posted about Jiufen before I saw this, haha) and I'm glad to see more people love it!
I've read your Jiufen post just now! We were late to arrive at Jiufen as it was already getting dark, and when I saw your blog, I just realized there were so much more we to discover at that town! Now I'm hoping for a second trip to Taiwan~
