That's a great list, and a good start when first visiting Europe. However, I think each country has so much more to offer than just its capital or one other major city. I always think it's best to spend more than just 2-3 days in the capital and try to travel around a little in the country. Also I think each person has to figure out for themselves what they are interested in and chose their destination after that.
