The Eye comes from France (Paris as I recall) so it is 2nd hand. :) You might google if you are interested.
My hotel costs a fortune not because Budapest charges high for accommodation, but we chose to stay with Intercontinental. Said here.
Oh I see. Okay. Well there's something to be said for being comfortable in a new place!
