I just want to share to everyone how amazing the Lord is this last December.

The River of Life Symphony Orchestra are so priveleged to travel to Dipolog City for a mission. That is, to share the gift of music to the children in that city.

Our Journey started with a visit/meeting of the very own Dipolog City mayor together with his officials in our church. They showed us how interested they are to also have an orchestra of their own and that, they willing to support us in this mission.

As soon as the team arrived at the place, they immediately went to teach children with musical instruments. Flute, Violin, Cello, Viola, Guitar, Drums, Saxophone, and more.

It is very heartwarming to see that this young people are willing to learn music for the glory of God. Regardless of the age, all of them are improving day after day. There they are, industriously learning, when it should have been a christmas vacation. Because of their hardwork, at last, they will both reap and share to the people what they have learned in just weeks. It's Recital Day!

It was difficult in our part being away with our family, especially during Christmas. However, this little sacrifice is uncomparable to the fruits that we harvested. It is nothing compared to what the Lord has done and given us.

For weeks that we have stayed at Dipolog Christian Fellowship, the whole team is grateful to them for being great companions. Everyday, we have been provided with delicious meals and goodnight's rest. They never fail to take care of us just as families do.

All of us thought that all we're going to do is just to teach children with musical instruments, but it was a whole lot more. We have been invited to play at different places in Dipolog. Such a blessing from the Lord!

We are so grateful to Mayor Darryl Uy and his family for giving us a city tour before we finally leave.

We are overwhelmed to be at the place of our National hero in Dapitan City. Rizal Shrine has successfully preserved how Dr. Jose Rizal lived his life.

Of course, we didin't let the oppurtunity pass to be at Fantasy land. The disney land of Mindanao.

All of this things will never happen without the Lord. He has provided us with everything. Going there, we none of us even spent a peso. The fare, home, food, beautiful places, transportation, kind-hearted people, and most of all, the memories. It's all thanks to the Lord.

We will always remember this victorious mission. We will continue to share the gift of music for the Glory of God.
