The Hoover Dam; An engineering masterpiece and an awesome tourist spot!
As an engineer visiting Las Vegas, NV, USA, I could not help myself but to take a trip and see this man made wonder of the world. These are pictures taken from the Pat Tillman memorial bridge but seeing the bridge from the other side(Dam side) are also another site to behold! This technical marvel produces nearly 2000MW per day! For being over 60 years old now this dam surely holds up to its name in history!
Nice photos... I was just on that Bridge last week... Before arriving at the Bridge, we had lunch in Boulder City...
