I don't see this user stealing photos. You'll notice that all attribution is given to the pictures, which is required for reusing images under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic License.
I see publicly available pictures and content that, albeit may be 'generic knowledge', is not directly plagiarized from anywhere (as far as I can tell).
Is it a requirement that all people introduce themselves? I'm a strong proponent of privacy which is why it was very difficult for me to state my public identity, but I do not think it's necessary for everyone, and I respect an individual's decision in this matter.
