The construction of this piece of beauty started in 1994 and completed in 1999 and was opened to the public in the same year. The total expenses for erecting the luxurious marvel exceeds $1 Billion

There are 202 bedroom suites spread in the 28 double storied floors whose average charges are about $2000 for a night.
