It's nowhere near as bad as it was a decade ago. Real cowboy town then, I would never have walked down Sisowath Quay on the river side of the road back in the day.Thanks for the comment and the upvote
My pleasure @inseasia! I cant imagine it back then. First time I went was about 4 years ago. I havent seen it change too much since then other than more development.
