KETO DINNER FOR YOU: OH I made this myself!

RECIPE:

200 grams of chopped chicken
2 tsp of Tumeric
1/2 cup of cream
Handful of Baby spinach
1/2 red capsicum chopped
Handful of cashews

In bowl put chicken, Turmeric and Cream, mix all together
Then place in fry pan, add a little coconut oil ( takes 10 minutes to cook)
In the last 2 minutes of the cooking pop the cashews in the fry pan to heat with the chicken

Place Baby spinach on the plate, with chopped up red Capsicum

Put chicken on top of the Baby Spinach

ENJOY !!
