Wanna know a great topic for your next small talk? Travelling. People are fascinated by how other people are spending their free time and which places they already have seen. But why is that? Why does a vast majority of people love travelling that much?

I believe this is because travelling offers us a blink into the life we always have been dreaming of living. The life where we can decide the whole day, what we want to do and what not? The life where there are no annoying obligations, no work that we don't like doing and no annoying neighbours.

For this short time period, we can leave it all behind: all worries, people we know, all responsibilities and everything that makes our lives heavier. We have the chance to design 2 weeks of our life just the way we want it -- and then experience it.

For this short time period, we can be a kid again, see something new every day. Explore. Don't think about adult stuff and just enjoy the moment. Everything we have messed up and everything we have achieved stays at home. It is just the young, curious you in a world full of adventure.
