I love driving or walking through the Garden of the Gods! It's such a cool place!. It used to be privately owned and owner turned it over to the city or state under one condition, that it would be open and free to the public to enjoy.

Agree. There is even a plaque on one of the rocks...I can't remember which but it list the family.
