I can't tell exactly what this is, the picture is too small! But it looks like you have eggs and also some fried potatoes, and also some greens. It looks like a good breakfast, I'm getting a little hungry just looking at it! I think most places outside of where I am in North America have great traditional breakfasts. A continental breakfast is boring compared to something like this! Yum.
