Do not know. I'm from Rio de Janeiro living 1 year in Florianópolis, so I'm already closer to Uruguay. Any time, I'm going to. I like the cold and my tendency is to go down more and more towards the south ... haha.
If you come, drop me a message, I live 2 hours from the border! Uruguay during the winter is not only cold, but it's windy as hell, be prepared haha
