That sound awesome Ana. But is there room for advancement? Personally I'm a artist. Could I start out as a Cast Member and work my way into the art studio?

Thank you for your comment, @poorartist1972! At Disney, there's always room for advancement and improving your career. Many of the top executives started at the company as ride operators or working at gift shops in the parks. There is a lot of room for growth, they have the Disney University where cast member can do courses to improve their career!
