Nepali Well Known Cuisine –Dal- Bhat-Tarkari

Due to culturally and geographically diversity there are so many cuisine are available base on Ethnicity and on soil and climate. Dal-Bhat-Tarkari is mostly common Cuisine in Nepal which is available almost all part of Nepal.
In this cuisine we found – Dal- means soup of lentils with some spicy, Bhat- boiled white grain rice and Tarkari- Vegetable curry with add extremely spicy pickle and green chili, serve in special traditional Thali. If you ever travel in Nepal, Please try this cuisine.
