Looks lovely, but I cannot believe that education is not free in Chile. So bizarre! I like this free artistic expression, it does make the city colourful and very much like an open museum if to think about! 👍
It is a wonderful place, and you are right! it is like an open air museum. The guide told us that education isn't free...I did not know that.
