Pakistan is not in the middle east btw.
As beautiful as it is, and all the amazing things I've heard about how warm and hospitable the people are, the reason why I won't visit is because of what can go wrong.
Of course a vast majority of peoples trips go perfectly fine, but with some bad luck you could find yourself in a substandard hospital,a political pawn, a scapegoat for a crime or worse. Personally the possibility of a trip going catastrophically wrong, although slim, are enough to dissuade me from going in the foreseeable future.
Just my $0.02
I would avoid riding in cars and taking showers then.
If you are worried about dying from statistically more probable stuff than visiting Pakistan that is.
