Hotel W Dubai - Mina Seyahi is scheduled to debut in 2022.

Marriott has reportedly signed a partnership with wasl Hospitality & Leisure, a subsidiary of wasl Asset Management Group, to bring the W Hotels Worldwide brand to the Jumeirah Coastline.

This partnership is expected to welcome the first guests in 2022 with the launch of the W Dubai hotel - Mina Seyahi will be an iconic addition on the horizon. Seeing this, Candice D'Cruz as Vice President-Luxury Brands in Europe, Middle East & Africa, Marriott International commented.

“We are seeing increasing demand for luxury lifestyle brands in Dubai, and with its blend of high-energy culture and lifestyle, the emirate is the perfect destination for the trending W Hotels brand,” he said.

Later, the hotel will be built close to Dubai's recreational destinations, such as the Dubai Marina and JBR Walk. In fact, this W Dubai - Mina Seyahi hotel is built in a location that offers guests a pleasant escape.

The hotel is known to be built up to 31 floors with 318 rooms, including 26 suites and the Extreme Wow Suite. Seeing this, Sandeep Walia as Chief Operating Officer of Middle East Marriott International gave his comments.

"We are very pleased to strengthen our relationship with wasl Group to open W Dubai - Mina Seyahi in an important leisure destination in Dubai," he said.

“This new hotel underscores our commitment to growing our luxury portfolio in the Middle East, while also demonstrating the demand for the W Hotels brand in the region.” he explained.
