The Gardens of the Real Alcazar of Seville

As much as I love history and architecture, nothing entices me more than gardens. When we visited Seville, the Real Alcazar topped my list of sites due to the gardens. Different sections of the gardens date from Moorish until modern times.

The vast majority of the Real Alcazar grounds are dedicated to the gardens. You will find a vast variety of garden styles, including an classic English garden. I took great pleasure in my wanderings, but did not have near enough time to fully appreciate it.
