Travel experience gone wrong but I survived.
I can remember the day I traveled to Kano State, Nigeria, in a Hummer bumper bus. When the bus was full of passengers, we left to proceed on our journey. On our way to Kano State, something happened when we reached Minna State. A small car left its lane and crossed into ours, when the driver is about to hitting us.
We thanked God for our life, the driver was an old man who didn't speed with the bus, and I also saw that man had a lot of years of experience. I wondered what could have caused this; maybe the brakes failed or the driver fell asleep at the wheel. God was the one who saved us from this accident.
When we reached our destination, some passengers alighted, and in that case, some Hausa boys wanted to assist the driver, but they had bad intentions, as they stole the belongings of an old woman, which contained yams, palm oil, and other valuable items.
When we reached the bus stop, the old woman could not find her luggage, and I felt pity for her because this was her first visit to Kano State. I pity the old woman because she came all the way from North Central to take care of her sick daughter who lived in the state.
I could remember when she told the driver that she didn't know the actual place where her daughter lived, or maybe she also told the driver that her phone was lost in that process. I left the bus station and headed home, confused about how she could call or get the address of her daughter. But I heard the driver say that he could help her in the park.

It is always difficult when our elderly parents or grandparents travelling. It is right when people say that older people like children, so htey need to have someone with them to help. I hope the lady found her way to her daughter.
I believe she find her daughter with the helped of the driver who would visit the first place some passenger dropped in order to look for her luggage. Thanks for this wonderful comment
