I bought a small tube of glue and got a color print of a card I needed for another contest, and the owner finished it within a few minutes. I, as usual, liked the service: quick, efficient, and very helpful, especially when I needed both a small purchase and an urgent print job at the same time.

What stood out most was that he sent the document from my phone to his email fast and handled my request easily without any delay as usual.

I feel this shop owner understands customer needs and values their time. This kind of prompt service makes a local business feel reliable, convenient, and customer-friendly.

I think a customer like me should feel comfortable, respected, and relieved in services, however small. I want to feel that my work is being handled quickly, correctly, and with care. This fellow named Manoj provides a good service and makes me feel valued, not rushed or ignored. I am glad we have a shop like this in our neighborhood.

I also appreciate honesty about time, price, and quality. When I see a young owner, as you can see in this picture, who is polite and efficient, I feel confident returning again.

✓ What do you think the shop or store owner needs to do to expand his or her business and tell us if the business is lagging in patronage

He is trying, but I think the shop owner has his focus on friendly behavior, consistent quality, and adding useful services like lamination and basic designing. What I feel as a marketing professional is that he could increase his business if he could increase its visibility.

His stocks are in a limited range, besides now most of the customers are shifting to online stationery and printing options; therefore, if he can improve the display, using display boards in the local area, and add a few more items of local needs, it can help him attract more customers.
