Visited a Bakery

Being alone at home may feel loneliness but it's fun sometimes, especially when you let yourself break routine. I visited a local bakery and bought choco plus a few “cheat” treats I usually avoid.

I traveled to the nearest bakery and I might sound like a rebellion against strict self-control, and sometimes that’s exactly what the mind needs especially when the wife is not home.

On days like this, loneliness becomes a small celebration for instance despite being too busy I watched a movie, a long walk and even writing a diary entry. The key is to frame alone time as chosen, not imposed.

If I felt guilt indulging in such activities I console myself I'm a normal human. You know our balance comes from patterns, not perfection. Maybe tonight, I will skip the meals to balance that choco. And tomorrow of course will be another day.
