A walk on the plain

Hi friends, today I finally found some time for another beautiful walk in a slightly different place, quite far from my home. I was in the Zevio area, in the province of Verona, famous for its apple growing. Since I had accompanied my wife to the hairdresser, I took the opportunity to take a stroll.

I took a random street and headed in the direction of the Argine del fiume. In fact, the Adige River passes near this hamlet of Zevio, which is the most important river in the area and is the river that also passes through Verona. I used to come here every now and then for a walk, but I haven't been here for several years, so I wanted to see if the area had changed a bit.
Actually, I happened to be near a field where they grow apples and export them all over the world. They were still picking some apples, and I thought the season was over because it's usually in October, but there's probably some type of late apple that's picked at this time of year.

then the road continued, and it was no longer asphalted in the direction of the embankment, there I found a few people, who were jogging and walking and so I too took a few passes waiting for my wife to finish at the hairdresser.

This is the good fortune of living just outside the big cities, where you can find these green spaces and these cycle paths that are popular with both walkers and cyclists because one of the most important cycle paths, which practically crosses the whole of Italy from east to west, runs through here.
