Unfinished Metal Structure of a bridge and ship

The Mandaue Green Learning Park is an intiative by the City of Mandaue to transform a former dumpsite into a lush and healthy park. It is located at Barangay Umapad Mandaue City. It is open from 5:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. There is a security guard in the area for safety and security. The area is open for all and free of charge.

Entrance

The place is not fully finished. Roads and some parts of the area were not cemented. During rainy season it is muddy , slippery, and impassable. While during dry and windy season it becomes dusty.

Eco Park

Near the entrance is the Eco Park , a park with a chapel and day care center for children . It has also different flowering plants, shrubs, and trees. It is also sorrounded with different animal figure to make the park more attractive and enjoyable.

Wellness Loop	Local Sakura Trees

At the center of the park a very wide and circular fitness loop. It is very nice for walking or can be a children's playground,

Basketball Court	Admin Office

At the edge of the area is a basketball court and Administrative Office. There are also informal settlers living in the area. The total land area is 13.65 hectares. 1.33 hec Organic Vegetable Container Garden,1.93 hec Eco Park,7.66 hec Kalidhay Park,2.31 hec San Miguel Corporation area. But this is not fully developed .

I visited this place last November 23,2025 at 7: a.m. with my nephew. It was my first visit of the place. I am excited of the development of this project.
