CELEBRATING MATHEENA’s 7th YEAR AT CHOOBICHOOBI MACTAN BRANCH
A simple girl is just alright with a simple celebration. It’s my daughter’s 7th year yesterday, all she wanted is to have a baby doll as big as a real baby. And to make it a little special, I brought her together with my family at ChoobiChoobi Mactan Branch. Our first plan is to go to Sungka, a restaurant surrounded with so many fishponds with big fishes, yet we changed plan in the 11th hour because mama and papa encountered a heavy traffic in their way home. Sungka is one city away from our house and it is a bit far. So, we just decided to dine in in a nearest restau since it was already 6pm already.
It was indeed a day filled with joy, laughter and love. It was more memorable because we were surrounded with family and close friends. The celebration was heartwarming and it was a reminder that time flies so fast. Matheena was added another year on her life and praying for more years to cherish and more candles to blow.
ChoobiChoobi has a warm ambiance and very relaxing. Though it has a lot of customers but they were still able to manage us and was able to serve us on time.
The delicious Filipino dishes made the celebration even more special. The cheerful and accommodating staff adds the good ambiance of the said restaurant. The setting from the counter to the tables and chairs was perfectly matched the vibrant and relaxing mood. Everyone was indeed enjoyed the moment especially the celebrant.
Matheena’s eyes sparked with great joy as the staff render her a birthday song and let her blow the cake. With her loved ones singing and cheering and her daddy over the phone made her felt so excited. The moment was pure and magical as she felt a bit shy because some of the customers also sung a birthday song to her.
As the night ended, I can see how happy Matheena was especially when she received her father’s present and what she wished for. Indeed, it was not just a birthday celebration but it is as well a celebration of blessings, growth and family bonds.
Truly Matheena’s 7th year in ChoobiChoobi at Mactan Branch is unforgetable filled with love, joy and happiness.
