I'd definitely recommend it @lilyraabe! On the whole (back in 2012 at least) Laos wasn't really geared up to travellers yet - something I really loved about it. But this trip felt really manageable, and a lot of people do it do you feel pretty intrepid but with nice encounters along the way :D
It looks and sounds awesome. Bucket list!
