What kind of Business Activities Area have you visited? Briefly introduce it.

I visited the Shwapno supermarket as part of my business activities. It is the largest supermarket in Bangladesh, with approximately 750 outlet across the country. Shwapno outlets are located at various important points in cities and even in rural areas. These outlets offer all kinds of products, including groceries, cosmetics, electronics, and home appliances.

There are more than 30 Shwapno outlets within our Chittagong town alone. For this context, I visited the Halishahar branch. It is one of their flagship stores. It is located west of Halishahar Boropul Moore, in front of the Yellow clothing brand. Their outlet remains open from 9:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Customers can also order any product online through their website if they wish.

How were the services and products quality both inside and outside?

Shwapno is a grocery store and a supermarket at the same time; therefore, all sorts of products are available here. Visiting their website gives an idea of the thousands of products kept in their stores. The interiors of their outlets are very beautiful and exactly how a supermarket should be.

Actually, they have set up the products and arranged the interior in such a way that customers feel like buying products when they visit the store. This is essentially their marketing strategy to make customers interested in buying more products and willing to spend more.

All grocery items are available here. Thousands of products are found here, including oil, flour, sugar, all-purpose flour, powdered milk, liquid milk, biscuits, cakes, meat, bakery items, various spices, chicken, frozen items, ceramic items, home appliances, and electronic items.

All products are arranged in rows within large shelves. The best part is that products are kept in separate shelves for different categories. In fact, these are all products from other companies that are also available in other local grocery stores.

Alongside grocery packets from other companies, Shwapno stocks products carrying their own brand. Although these products are available elsewhere, they seem to be of high quality when purchased from the supermarket. Whenever I buy products from here, it even happens that I buy extra items that I already have at home.
