I am happy to participate in the 6th week of SLC . This week I am going to share Buses stations of our country.
What kind of Service Provider Zone have you visited? Briefly introduce it.
Today, I used the BRT service, which is an excellent project in our city. The BRT, or Bus Rapid Transport, is a huge blessing for our locals and is an amazing transport option for every person. At least 60,000 people use it daily, and it helps many of us with our tasks—we go for shopping, and if we need to go somewhere for a task, we use it. The ticket is also very good; it has a card along with the ticket. So, you can see, I have shared my pictures—such an amazing service they provide.
How were the services and history both inside and outside? (With pictures + prices, videos)
The environment inside is quite nice. It is calm, no one disturbs anyone, and everyone just focuses on their work. The outside area, the service, is the station where people wait for the bus to arrive. And its history is not that old. It came to our area, in Pakistan, Peshawar, in 2018—yes, 2018, when Imran Khan became PM. At that time, it was introduced. But on the Islamabad side, Karachi side, Lahore side, it is much older. But in Peshawar, the one I visited was in Peshawar. And so, since I am in Peshawar, I visited the one in Peshawar, and I felt very good. It has been going on for about 7 to 8 years; its history is not that old. And I will share the pictures with you; I will share the videos as well. You can see, the environment is very nice. It has security guards—female security guards as well as male security guards. The females have a separate front section, and the males have a section as well. In this, everyone feels safe. All our bags, all our products, goods—everything is safe. We have cameras, everything. Inside the bus, there is even a TV that gives you instructions. I will share with you; you can see.

What services did you go there for?
So, I came to meet my friend. I had an issue with my laptop, and I told my friend to come with me today. So, I went with my friend because he had an interview. He is a graphic designer. He had an interview, and he was saying that his interview was in this town, in University Town. First, we would get my laptop fixed, then we would eat something, and after that, we would go for his interview. So, basically, I went to get my laptop fixed, and my friend went for his interview. His interview did happen, but unfortunately, he was not selected. And my laptop was fixed, thankfully. So, I brought my laptop back home. That is why I went. Otherwise, there are other services we can use—going to university, going to college, visiting the museum, going to fast food restaurants—many things. But when we went today, it was just these two reasons: my laptop issue and my friend’s interview.

The experience I gained from all of this is that a person can use such good services for their work, which means your expenses are also not too high, and you reach your tasks on time. The most important thing is that we reach on time for our work, because the bus management system is excellent. Their management is top-notch—their security guards, their managers, their system, their website—they follow the time. And this, I mean, is second in the world, second in all of Asia—this transport, known as the BRT in Peshawar. So, the lesson I gained is that when we go for some task—university, college, or any other work, like an interview—we can reach on time, because the bus has a specific schedule. I mean, the bus arrives just after 2 minutes or 10 minutes; we wait for that time. And another thing is that their management is amazing. First, people keep money on a card, and it deducts from the card. You get a ticket, or you can also get a ticket through the application. Their service is very good, their management is very good, and they have their own website—the BRT Peshawar website. You can see, anyone who wants to look can see. And their management is really commendable—the cleanliness, the dusting, and they leave early in the morning and close on time at night—it's really amazing. You can see it all yourself.
