my desire to share art
got pierced with a vicious dart;
i no longer feel the need
to make sure that people read
my blue words and metaphors.
yes, i know; i'm closing doors,
but this way i don't feel pressure,
and my art remains my treasure.
who would i be if no writing
was invented? how exciting
are these questions, for one day
poetry i'll throw away,
and then i will truly know
how to do it - to let go.
