In chasing success - however you may define it - you will find that consistency is the mainstay of progress towards your goals.

When you look at any successful person, you'll see that their success was not the measurement of any single day.
Their success is the sum of their daily, consistent habits over signficant periods of time.
If you want to change your life, then you need to match your actions to your ambitions. You have to be consistent and you have to consistently do the right thing.
It's like working out - if you work out 1 time per month really hard and then eat cheetos the other 29 days and sit on the couch like a potato, then you won't see any physical progress.
Would you blame yourself for not seeing any progress? Would you blame the cheeto company? Would you blame the tv?
You'd blame the fact that you're spending 95% of your time doing the wrong thing and only 5% of your time doing the right thing.
Consistency is the game. It is the KPI - key performance indicator..
Consistency in my life has changed everything for me, it's the one thing that I lean back on. When I'm feeling down or like I'm not making progress, I re-evaluate the consistent habits in my life and look for what's missing.
If you've ever felt like this, then take a step back, take a deep breath and re-evaluate what you're consistently doing on a daily basis!
