Perhaps you remember a while back when the government released footage taken by a F-18 that tracked a "Tic-Tac" looking object. The video was short and I was not impressed by the footage from the FLIR system.
In this day and age with almost every person walking around with a camera in their pocket we have seen some amazing images of UFO's, so I need more than lights or fuzzy images to be impressed. Yes the maneuvers these things do are most impressive and this is highlighted by the key assessments in an official government report about the incident.
I encourage you to look over the report as it is a quick read. Some of the key points I noted were the ability to accelerate and neck break speeds and the fact the craft could drop from 60,000 ft to 50 ft above see level in seconds and hover over that spot.
