День 88: помилка з шафою — Day 88: fail with a bookcase

Доброго ранку, шановна спільното!

Коротше, зіпсували мені вчора день, а з реакцією моєї психіки на несподіванки та зміни планів - то і весь тиждень.

Замовила я три тижні тому книжкову шафу. Вона на першій світлині. Оплатила, стала чекати. Звісно, вже запланувала, що саме чоловік буде вдома, зберемо, поставимо. Привезли. ОК. Готуємося збирати.

Андрій дістає деталі, і по обличчю бачу, що щось не так. І ще деталі якісь дивні в комплекті. Бере інструкцію, іде до себе, довго її роздивляється. У шафи 5 поличок. Кличе мене, питає: а чого тут три полички рівні, а дві під нахилом?

В книжковій шафі. Полички. Під нахилом. Я на це дивлюся, у мене повільно починається істерика. Звісно перша ж думка, як у колишньої дитини, яка у батьків завжди і в усьому була винна - не додивилася, не уважно дивилася на сайті, замовила не те, зараз мене сваритимуть. Внутрішньо зіщулилася, приготувалася захищатися. Це я вже в ретроспективі відстежую свою реакцію. Звісно, чоловік в мене в адекватні і слова б мені не сказав, але...

Кажу - ну давай бити нові дірки, кріпити рівно. ЄЧоловік каже ок, думає, як це зробити. Я тим часом беру телефон, дивлюся, що ж я насправді замовила. Помилки немає, я надсилала менеджеру фото з рівними поличками. Телефоную, питаю, якого біса. Коротше, менеджер вставив в артикул зайву літеру, і мені приїхав гардеробний модуль, а не книжкова шафа.

Клас. Тобто тепер мені ще чекати, поки ось це все в мене заберуть, потім ще чекати, поки мені перероблять шафу. Просто супер. Настрою хана, решту дня я проходила вже взагалі нічого не хочучи, бо дуже чекала, коли все це до мене приїде. Плюс для мене взагалі будь-яка зміна планів це внутрішня катастрофа.

Добре хоч замінять без питань, бо ну якого біса. Але реально все це дуже неприємно. В мене всі книги, що мають стояти в тій шафі, зараз горами лежать на підлозі, так само, як і весь декор, в хаті повний безлад, і все це дуже напружує. Кротше, якось так.

In short, they ruined my day yesterday, and with my psyche's reaction to surprises and changes in plans, the whole week.

I ordered a bookcase three weeks ago. It's in the first photo. I paid, I started waiting. Of course, I had already planned that my husband would be at home, we would assemble, we would set it up. They brought it. OK. We are getting ready to assemble.

Andriy takes out the parts, and I can see by his face that something is wrong. And there are some strange parts in the kit. He takes the instructions, goes to his place, examines them for a long time. The cabinet has 5 shelves. He calls me, asks: why are three shelves flat, and two at an angle?

In the bookcase. Shelves. At an angle. I look at this, I am slowly starting to have a hysterical fit. Of course, the first thought is like that of a former child who was always and in everything to blame for her parents - she didn't look carefully, didn't look carefully on the website, ordered the wrong thing, now they'll scold me. I cringed inside, prepared to defend myself. I'm already tracking my reaction in retrospect. Of course, my husband is adequate and wouldn't say anything to me, but...

I say - well, let's drill new holes, fasten them evenly. Yes, the husband says ok, he thinks how to do it. In the meantime, I pick up the phone, look at what I actually ordered. There's no mistake, I sent the manager a photo with even shelves. I call, ask what the hell. In short, the manager inserted an extra letter into the article, and I received a wardrobe module, not a bookcase.

Great. So now I have to wait until they take all this away from me, then wait until they redo my closet. Just great. I'm in a bad mood, I spent the rest of the day not wanting anything at all, because I was really waiting for all this to arrive. Plus, for me, any change of plans is an internal catastrophe.

Well, at least they'll replace it without any questions, because what the hell. But really, it's all very unpleasant. All my books that should be in that cupboard are now lying in piles on the floor, as is all the decor, the house is a complete mess, and it's all very stressful. In short, somehow.
