I've just been flagged by one of these troll accounts today. New account, 25 reputation, and voting power around 13% (which means their measly vote was worth even less!). And since they've never published a post or a comment, they can't be flagged... ah well! All we can do is ignore them like you said. Moving on, and steeming on! :)
