#ulog No.100 For @surpassinggoogle: Celebrating My 100th #ulog

Hello #uloggers and everyone here in the #steemit and #esteem. Today is a very special day for me because this post marks my 100th #ulog.

And because this day is a special I decided to cook a special menu for our lunch as a celebration.

I grilled pork belly in the oven. I was originally planning for a lechon kawali but changed my mind in the last minute and decided to have it grilled in the oven for less hassle. (To avoid the battle from fighting over the hot oil from frying in the pan.lol)

To complement the grilled pork belly I also cooked sauteed mum beans with bitter gourd leaves which were given to us by a relative from their garden.

We had a great meal today. Even though I wasn't able to bake a cake at least we did celebrate my milestone in Steemit platform.
