I've been eating healthy lately pud to achieve my goal of having a healthy, fit and strong body. It is a challenge really at the beginning - no more white rice, no more softdrinks, no more junkfood! And so far, I've become more energetic.

@indayclara, will cut back again with sweets and drinks ... so better we drink tea, cold or hot it can help. Yes less eating fats and junk the energetic we are and exercise.. will get back soon. Thanks for checking my post inday guapa.
