ULOG #18. TRAINING FORCE OF ARMS AND LEGS. LOOKING FOR POWER IN THE TENIS

Greetings friends of steemit, today I play physical training to develop the power and force of arms and legs. This exercise made it with a medicine ball.

First I should touch the wall with the ball and then throw it to the ground. This exercise will achieve to improve the force of arms so I can golpaer with more force the ball in tennis.

Once the ball on the ground, lean the trunk to take it with momentum to push it upward with force, prior Flex of knees and extension at the time of release it.

Finally, I receive the ball with both hands and repeat the same process repeat 20 times with 3 sessions.

This stage of training for my has been very strong, but I enjoy it very much, because you see my improvement in each game. I hope to see my result in the very near future.
