My lack of confidence
I was a very shy, introverted, insecure child with many shortages. Visual distress, learning distress, lack of confidence, familial distress.
I wouldn't think I'd do much in life. Until I discovered I could write. I realized I could transfer my inner world in a very effective way. I realized that my troubles were actually a bridge to reach other people.
Hence I become a leader only after discovering my own voice as a teacher. Most of my teachers were hypocritical, wicked, unable to do what they expected from their students. I realized that leadership means, first and foremost, to be the one you expect from others.
Therefore, I work hard every day to be a better person, to bring more compassion and compassion to people.
