Fatty acids are a type of fat that is very beneficial for the body. Fatty acids are organic acids and are both saturated fat and unsaturated fats. The cells of our body are made of fat. The type of fat that is made of the same type of cells is also composed.

Saturated fats, which are solid on the normal heat, and the cell wall made from it will be rigid. Whereas the cell wall made from unsaturated fats is flexible which allows the nutrients of our body to be easily accessible in the cell and extract the waste.

It helps in physical and mental development with the formation of hormones in the body.

They protect against problems such as acid tension, heart disease and allergies.

It is found in large amounts in fruits such as dried nuts, peanuts, linseed, sunflower, mustard seeds, konadiya or soybean, sprouts, tofu, cabbage, green beans, turnip, green leafy vegetables, raspberry. Also found in soybean, olive and sunflower oil.
