Very cool setup. We do the second fermentation because the girls (wife and daughters) prefer the taste when mixed with a juiced fruit. Very interesting idea with the mushrooms!

I have been juicing in the mornings, so I’ve been adding that to the boochie, but I drink it before it ferments.
