    @avvah, This is the information I have picked up about steem upvoting. It concerns your own curation rewards, the idea being that you want to not waste your votes on things that are already popular, but are looking for content that WILL BECOME POPULAR. Have I answered to your use? Or do you still need more clarification?

    Thank you for your message to me. Search for good content. There are so many minnows with great content. Give them the the A+ and the golden star. Your right!. Let's keep those little minnows of which I am one, some encouragement.

    BTW.... my "power" is lagging. I neeed to rest. :)
