Bitcoin Trader goes to Jail for Trading Cryptos?
How is the USA "the Land of the Free"?
It breaks my heart to hear these stories over and over again where someone is made an example of so that the majority of people fear consequences of doing something "illegal".
Randal Lord was sentenced to jail for trading bitcoin which under US law is not illegal and also for not having a license to operate a financial services company which there is no license for.
American's should wake up to the fact that they are among the least free people in the world... Canadian are up there too; but it's not just enough to wake up it's time to be as active as possible and write to members of congress or your elected officials to bring these types of cases to their attention.
The Courts should not be able to make up the law as they go just to make an example out of someone in order to induce fear and stop people from doing something that is not even illegal.

What you say is correct....the US is one of the most tyrannical country on the planet. It is hidden because we have the three branches of the government. What is occurring is they are all in cahoots with each other.
And things are only going getting worse.
