Hi, I'm sorry but this post can't be approved. We allow only one post for the tutorial for one user regardless the language. We can see that the videos are different but at the same time, we can see that the YouTube account was approved for your other post and the content is clearly the same. See the Utopian rules.
Please write only one version of the tutorials on Utopian or merge the versions into one post when creating it. The process may change in the future but for now, try to understand that.

Do you mean that I can only post one video tutorial per day regardless the topic?
Or that I am not allowed to make a video tutorial translation in general?
Because before my translation was approved but it was posted on two different days. SteemPlus English and SteemPlus German. Was that a mistake by the mod or a different rule?
Is it in general wanted to make translations for videos? Because the translation took me much more time than the English version and if I don't get a reward for it I will probably not invest the time.
Oh, that was my mistake. Sorry for the confusion. It is probably because you use more accounts. We reward the original content regardless the language. So if you make a post in one language, you should not make it in another. Post translations are not allowed either. Please use one account.
Or you can have both langs but within one post.
