Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
- Your contribution is trivial, those ideas are really basic for a Video Player, also MPV has not an official GUI, there are unofficial 3rd party projects.

You can be right but i've seen a contribution in Utopian. Please check that and think on your comment again.
if MPV doesn't comply with the rules, how did approve that contribution. Should i have suggested about basic menu "file, edit, view, etc."?
