Every organization needs to develop workflows on how to engage and keep track of his customers and their needs. In this same line, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is no more than a strategy for successfully keeping track of an organization’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers (its target audience).

- What does this mean in terms of software?

When referring to CRM, we are undoubtedly talking about a CRM system, which is essentially a tool used for managing contact with customers, sales, productivity, customers' behavior, and others. The goal of any good CRM system is quite simple: Improve business relationships to retain the current customers and attract new ones.
